This bounty programme exists to solve those real problems with real builders. Every category on this list is something Kuzana will actually deploy internally if the solution is strong enough.
Stage 1 is about access. We are not asking for a pitch or a plan. We want to see what you have already built. Submit your working MVP, show us it works, and tell us what you learned along the way. Up to 2 builders per bounty will receive a 3-month Claude subscription to keep building toward Stage 2, where the top solution in each category wins Ksh 20,000 and a plaque at the final MiniHack event in August.
