Kuzana is an acceleration fund for "boring" & profitable early stage bizi in Kenya.
We are looking for a high energy, high agency people person. Turn Kuzana’s vibrant WhatsApp community into the top entrepreneur network where members build relationships, attend events, help each other, and increasingly choose to become premium members.

The skills we are looking for are: - community moderation - organizing events for the members
Compensation: Ksh50k monthly (up to 100k including bonus + stock options after probation period)
Responsibilities: - Kuzana Finale of 300 people - Monthly IRL events - Weekly webinars - Coordinate with chosen speakers - Community community weekly discussion topics - WhatsApp community Moderation, celebrating wins and creating rituals people actually care about - Invite top WhatsApp community members to exclusive Kuzana events - Weekly report on community health - Bi-Annual payment for premium community - Attend weekly team meeting Spring Valley
Skills: - people skills - public speaking and MCing - a love for data tracking - knack for introducing the right people - low drama - previous entrepreneur/founder/CEO experience (so you can better relate to our founders)
Deliverables: - events w/ high attendance - increased Premium signups - healthy community
